The Greyhound Adoption Program is happy to announce that their new facility at Tullamarine is now officially open by appointment.

The 444 Melrose Drive location will make adopting a greyhound more accessible to people who reside in and around Metro Melbourne and do not wish to drive to GAP Seymour.

If you’re wanting to adopt, you don’t need to wait for an Adoption Day as every day is an adoption day at GAP. All you need to do is fill out an Adoption Application, and then make sure you check the Available Dogs section every Monday and Thursday morning from 10 am, as that’s when we upload the new greyhounds onto the site. If you see a grey that you believe will be the perfect fit for your family, give GAP a call as soon as possible on (03) 5799 0166.

For the first 100 greyhounds adopted from GAP Tullamarine, we will waive the $100 adoption fee so we can find loving homes for as many of our priceless greys as possible. Rest assured that all adopters must still meet all our strict requirements to ensure that each greyhound is matched to a suitable home.
