Volunteer opportunities
Discover the many ways you can get involved and make a difference by volunteering with GAP. Whether you’ve got a few hours or a few weeks, there’s a role to suit your lifestyle - and every bit of help brings a greyhound closer to their forever home.

Volunteering with GAP
Since 1996, GAP has been supported by a passionate community of volunteers who help share the message that greyhounds make amazing pets - and who play a hands-on role in preparing retired greyhounds for life beyond the track.
There are a range of volunteer roles available, depending on your interests and availability. Whether you're looking to foster, help out at events, or spend time with greyhounds at our facilities, there's a way to get involved that suits you.
Please note: Volunteers must be at least 18 years old. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian will need to complete the application form and attend the information session with you.
