Omo has Laryngeal Paralysis, which requires no treatment.

Jimmy is a laid-back companion who will appreciate a calm and peaceful home, where he can relax and unwind. He's looking for a household where he's the only dog or with a compatible canine companion. Jimmy may be able to live with a cat, but a slow introduction would be necessary. Meet Khalifa, the most striking looking greyhound in kennels- he has the loveliest black markings- stripes down his body look like tiger stripes and he has a gorgeous black mask on his face. Khalifa is a pretty chilled out dude, just takes everything in his stride and is easy to handle and to walk on lead. Khalifa may suit living with or without a canine pal of similar size and children aged 5 years and older and due to his placid nature, he may suit living in an apartment. Khalifa has arthritic changes in his carpi. GAP have done a course of arthritis injections to help with this. Khalifa would benefit ongoing arthritis preventatives in the future

Meet Emily! This sweet and friendly girl, though occasionally anxious, exudes a warm and personable demeanour. Emily's puppyish spirit is complemented by her enthusiasm on the lead and would benefit from a confident adopter to help her with some leash skills. She thrives in the company of any sized dog, a cat, and children aged 10 and above. Due to her anxiety, she's not suitable for apartment living or elderly adopters.

Miss Poppies has lived in a home for 5 years and has come back to us as her human sadly passed away.: She is great in any home. She has been living with with another greyhound and a Labrador as such she would like to have another dog to play with. Miss Poppies is special needs girl, she requires a single protein diet, currently she is on a fish diet "Meals for Mutts" salmon diet, without this she tends to have very upset tummy.

Meet Guy Perkins, a stunning brindle boy with a personality that’s as handsome as he is. This affectionate and loving boy is also boisterous and active, making him a perfect match for a family that can keep up with his energetic nature. Guy thrives on attention and human interaction, and hell reward his family with affection and loyalty. He may be suitable for families with children aged 10+, but his not suitable for elderly households. A spacious backyard is a must for Guy, where he can run and play. Guy has some arthritis, and has completed a course of Synovan injections to support joint health while at GAP.

Rosie Posie is a super friendly and outgoing girl whose tail just never stops wagging. She adores pats and is very people orientated. She can be a bit strong on the lead at times, but this is easily fixed with some basic training. Rosie would likely suit a home with children aged 10 or older and may be fine with full time workers.

Look at the beautiful Faye Ray, she has the most gorgeous white markings! Faye looks wet in the profile picture as she was freshly washed and smelling beautiful for her new home. Faye's puppy years are well and truly over but at times she still can be excitable and enthusiastic at times, like walkies time! Faye may suit living with or without a placid canine companion of similar size and children aged 10 years+.

Meet Rover, the lovable and friendly greyhound gentleman who's ready to find his forever home! This affectionate boy adores people and loves being around them, making him a fantastic companion for active families. Rover is a social butterfly who enjoys life to the fullest, and his loving nature is sure to capture your heart. Rover has already benefited from behavioural training, which has helped him become a more confident and well-adjusted greyhound. However, he still needs work on his manners, so his new owners will need to be patient and consistent in reinforcing good behaviour. Rover is perfect for families with kids aged 10+, who will appreciate his energetic and loving personality. He can live happily as the only furry friend or alongside a medium to large dog, and he needs a home with a secure backyard where he can run and play. Rover has a condition called SLO which can affect the nails of some greyhounds. Rover does not currently require any treatment.

Marcel Marceau is a mature chap who is so handsome, with his lovely white markings from his nose down to his chest. Marcel is a strong boy who doesn't realise his size and ideally will need a confident and experienced large dog owner and be willing to put some time into his loose lead skills. But with time and training Marcel will blossom into a lovely boy and will give his owner lots of love and affection. Marcel may suit living with or without a canine pal of similar size and children aged 10 years and older. Marcel would likely do best in a home with a backyard to get some of his energy out. Marcel has a cataract and microthalmia in his right eye.

Meet Bernadette Beasley! Bernie has come a long way since arriving at GAP, she has been out to foster to have a taste of pet life. Bernadette has also successfully completed some further training onsite at GAP at our Behavioural Rehabilitation Program. Bernadette would love a home that has plenty of toys for her to play with and on those warm days have a doggy pool to cool down in. She is a very affectionate, active and playful girl, who will give her owners plenty to smile about. Bernadette is now ready for adoption! She may be best as an only doggy and so she can have all the cuddles to herself, she would be best in a home with NO kids. We think she will do best in a home with a backyard to run and play in.

Like her name suggests, she will be plentiful with her love, fun, friendly and outgoing personality. Eden is the sweetest little girl that can sometimes be a little shy in new surroundings but doesn't take her long to bounce back to her true self. We think that Eden may suit living with another medium or larger male canine companion and children 10+. We also think that she will thrive with her own "land of plenty" aka a nice backyard to run around and play in.

Meet Arrow, this handsome boy is looking for his forever home. His loving nature and affection, he’s sure to bring joy and companionship to his family. Arrow thrives on attention and interaction, and hell reward his family with loyalty. Arrow is best suited to a household where he can be by himself, allowing him to settle in and become the beloved companion he is meant to be. He may be okay with another large or medium canine buddy. He might do well with kids 10+ who understand his boundaries and is respectful. If you are looking for a friendly, loving and confident doggo to join your family, Arrow is the perfect fit.

Hulk is a smashing lad who is as soft on the inside as a marshmallow, we promise! The only thing he wants to crush, is your hesitation around welcoming him or one of his fellow hound heroes into your life! Hulk gets a little over exuberant at times, and needs to work on his lead skills, but this is an easy habit to overcome! If you are prepared to be patient and work with him, Hulk promises to protect and defend your heart until his last breath and beyond. He is friendly, puppyish, confident, and needs a yard to do his zoomies in and body slam those squeaky toys. He may suit living with children 10+, full time workers, and may do well on his own or with a medium or larger canine friend to take on the world with. Sam Iam the super sweet and social boy that just wants to please you and give you all loving that he has to give. Sam is good to walk on the lead and we think he may suit households that love to get out and about. We think he would be better in a home with a yard and no elderly or frail family members (incl. other dogs). We also think they might suit living with children 10 and above or another medium or larger dog as company. Sam has some Osteoarthritis which does affect his day-to-day life

Google tells us that Libras are "renowned for their captivating charm, quality elegance, and diplomatic spirit". We hope this sums up our Libra too! She's a social and friendly girl who adores doing zoomies, so a home with a backyard is a must for her. Even having a toe removed doesn't slow her down. She would likely suit a home with older children, as her excitable nature would make her a bit too lively for small kids or elderly owners.
