This month will see the Greyhound Adoption Program start to use a new facility at Tullamarine, which will enable those wanting to adopt or foster a greyhound a location closer to the metro area.
GAP’s current purpose-built facility, located 90 minutes north of Melbourne’s CBD in Seymour, will remain open but will predominantly be used for the training and testing of greyhounds.
The new Melrose Drive, Tullamarine location means that people no longer need to drive out to Seymour, making GAP more accessible to those that reside in, or near the city.
The new facility, just like the GAP Seymour facility, will be open by appointment only.
We will update you as soon as GAP Tullamarine is officially up and running.
