Educational Webinar 1: Reserve your place

As part of National Adoption Month, GAP Victoria is hosting two free Educational Webinars.
The first of these is with the RSPCA’s Liam Deans-Pope, on Thursday 13 April from 8-9.30pm, with the session to focus on dog behaviour and training.
Liam has worked in the animal welfare industry for the over twelve years and as a behavioural trainer for the past six.
During this time, he has enjoyed the opportunity to work with a wide variety of domestic animals across Victoria in a range of roles, including an animal management officer for a local council, an assessor of retired racing Greyhounds and most recently as the senior animal trainer for a rescue organisation.
Liam feels strongly that the human animal bond is a thing to be treasured, a belief that is reflected in his commitment to scientifically validated, force-free training methods.
He understands that companion animal training and management is an ever-evolving field and is always seeking to further his knowledge and understanding.
Liam has a particular passion for working with fearful and/or reactive dogs, having owned more than a few of them himself.

Harriet

Harriet is a lovely young girl who has the most beautiful soft ebony coat. She is so sweet, polite, and affectionate, and she should fit into most households with ease! She may be happy to live with school aged children and full-time workers. Due to her lovely nature, she may be happy living with or without another canine companion of any size.
