Little Man

4 years old

Little Man is a sweet, affectionate greyhound with a charmingly quirky personality and a youthful, puppyish outlook on life. He loves spending time with his people and has a gentle, loving nature that makes him a joy to be around. While he can be playful and a little goofy at times, his affectionate side shines through in everything he does. Little Man would suit a home with children aged 10 years and over, but is not suitable for homes with elderly family members due to his enthusiasm. Having completed behavioural rehabilitation, he must not live with small dogs or cats, but could happily share his home with a medium to large canine companion or be the centre of attention as an only dog. Littleman has a mild heart murmur commonly seen in Greyhounds that currently requires no treatment. We would advise a routine check with your vet annually. He also would benefit from wearing boots when out walking due to soft paws. If you're looking for a loving, entertaining friend with plenty of character, Little Man is ready to steal your heart.

George

3 years old

Gorgeous George! Is there anything better than a hound named George? We are smitten with this loveable lad, he is sweet, affectionate, loves looking up at you with his beautiful eyes and asking for just one more chin scratch please! He is quite an unusual Red Brindle as he has minimal stripes on his coat, just another quirky thing to love about him! We think George may suit living with another Greyhound friend and an active home that will keep up to his enthusiasm for life. George has been living as a pet for the past year and is ready to find his perfect home! George has a low-grade heart murmur, which doesn't affect him or require medicating. He also has Pannus, which is an auto immune disease of the eyes, which is controlled by daily eye drops.

Brasi

4 years old

Brasi is a bold and boisterous four-year-old boy who approaches life with boundless enthusiasm and a zest that is truly infectious. This confident, outgoing extrovert loves nothing more than launching into a set of zoomies, and his excitable, impulsive nature means there is never a dull moment when he is around. Brasi is a treat and toy enthusiast, and his friendly, energetic personality makes him an absolute joy to be around for those who can match his lively spirit. He may suit life as an only dog or alongside a similarly-sized canine companion and could potentially share his home with children aged 10 and older. One thing is non-negotiable though: Brasi needs a secure backyard where he can stretch those long legs, tear around to his heart’s content, and truly be himself.

Atom may suit living in a home with or without another medium or large canine companion and children aged 10 years and over. He may even suit living with full time workers, and should fit into most households easily.

If you're interested in adopting this dog, we'll arrange for them to come into GAP specifically for you to meet and complete the adoption process. Since the dog is being brought into the program based on your interest, we ask that applicants be reasonably confident this is the greyhound they'd like to welcome into their family. Unlike our standard adoption process, you won't be able to meet multiple dogs at the same time however our team will share lots of information about this greyhound to help you determine if they're the perfect match for your family.
