Poet needs the companionship of another dog, as he doesn’t cope well with being alone, so he’s best suited to a home with an existing canine friend. A secure backyard is essential for him to enjoy outdoor time, and he’s not suited to apartment living. Due to his energy and needs, an elderly home is not recommended. With the right setup, Poet will reward his family with warmth, loyalty, and plenty of happy moments.

Step 3 - Meet the greyhounds

Visit one of our adoption centres to meet the greyhounds and spend time finding the right match for you.

Step 4 - Welcoming your greyhound home

Once approved, you’ll bring your new greyhound home with helpful info on their care and medical history.

Step 5 - Ongoing support

Our support doesn’t end at adoption - we’re here for you and your greyhound every step of the way.
