Step 1 - Reach out

Step 2 - Information gathering

We'll have a friendly chat to learn more about your lifestyle, preferences, and what you're looking for in a greyhound.

Step 3 - Meet the greyhounds

Visit one of our adoption centres to meet the greyhounds and spend time finding the right match for you.

Step 4 - Welcoming your greyhound home

Once approved, you’ll bring your new greyhound home with helpful info on their care and medical history.

Step 5 - Ongoing support

Our support doesn’t end at adoption — we’re here for you and your greyhound every step of the way.

Due to his lively nature, Axel requires a home with no old or frail dogs or people - he's got too much energy to tone down! If you're ready to partner up with a fun-loving greyhound, Axel might be the perfect fit. Let's get this party started! Axel has previously had a hock fracture, with hardware, that GAP have removed. This has healed well, and has no pain or lameness associated. Axel does have arthritis in this leg as a result of the fracture, which would benefit daily arthritis supplements.

Sunday now Sunny

Sunday's are the best day's when this girl has anything to do with it! She is a sweet, friendly, personable girl that has her bags pack and ready to find a place to call her own. She loves to be "Easy like a Sunday morning" and is a sucker for a warm sunny spot for a snooze. Sunday has recently completed her extra behavioural training program and we are happy she is now ready for her next adventure. As she likes her own space, we think she may suit kids 15+, try as an only dog or with medium to large male companion and full-time workers.

There is something very special about our dear Otto, he had an unfortunate start to life which left his left side of his head a little deflated. He was then kept as a pet to grow up big and strong with his brother until it was time for him to be on the search for a forever home. Apart from his appearance, you would never know there was anything different about him and he has a lot of love to give. This gentle young boy is super sweet and gentle and loves neck scratches. He is an enthusiastic boy and loves nothing more that affection and food! But who doesn't?! Thunder may suit living with or without a robust canine pal of medium or large in size, children aged 10 years and older and would be best suited to a home with a backyard. Thunder has successfully completed extra training in our onsite Behavioural Rehabilitation Program and is now ready for adoption.

Have you ever seen a happier doggo? My Rattus Maxiums here is a simple lad that enjoys simple pleasures, sleep, walks, more sleep, gentle pats and splashing in the pool when its hot. He can be a little unsure of things at times but that will soon melt away as he learns all about the amazing things in pet life. We think he would be best in a home that is a little more relaxed and laid back so he can spend his days snoozing, enjoying the sunshine and a nice walk or two. He may also suit living with another canine friend of any size and children 10+ that are happy to give him space when needed.
