There were plenty of smiling faces and wagging tails at the Greyhound Adoption Program’s Seymour adoption day on Saturday, but few tails were more ‘waggier’ than those on the end of four greys that have been with GAP for an extended stay.

Rodney and his partner Sean adopted their first greyhound, Barney, back in January 2020 and haven’t looked back since. In fact, the pair have gone on to adopt another three greyhounds from GAP!
GAP National Adoption Day
The GAP National Adoption Day, which will be held on Sunday 28 April 2019, allows for all GAP programs to come together to promote the re-homing of greyhounds and why they make fantastic pets.
Greyhound lovers flock to community day
Sunny weather, free activities and more than 250 greyhounds featured at GAP’s Greyhound Community Day, which was held at the Sandown Greyhound Racing Club on Saturday afternoon.
